What is the role?
As the Team Member SAP Admin, Help & Support, you will support your Team Leader to deliver customer driven support to the broader AFP in relation to the SAP system including, HR, Finance, security and workflow related system queries, issues and improvements, as well as contributing to core outcomes.
What will you do?
- You will work with a dynamic, multi skilled team which delivers high quality support for all stakeholders of SAP.
- Deliver high quality SAP support for all stakeholders as tier one help and support across the SAP landscape – including ESS, HR and FI queries
- Review SAP security roles and the provisioning of user access
- Workflow management, including problem solving, redirecting and terminating of workflow
- Attend workshops and provide SME input on new systems and/or improvements
- Provide end user SAP training – One on one and whole team training, demonstrate at
- AFP Induction sessions.
Essential Requirements
- You must be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
- A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated functional SAP knowledge and experience in relevant modules
- Intermediate to high level of Microsoft Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service to guide toward solutions

- This role is based in ACT and applicants must be located in ACT or relocate at own expense
